From 1971 Brian has been working actively as an artist using performance, video, music, painting, sculpture and writing.

Working as one of the Kipper Kids from 1971 until present , and as a solo performance artist since 1980, Brian has collaborated and shared venues with Patricia Wells, Karen Finley, Johanna Went, Eric Bogosian, Alien Comic, Stephen Holman, Ian Hinchcliffe, Henry Rollins, Blue Man Group, Sex Pistols, Public Image, Throbbing Gristle, Genesis P. Orridge, Moodies, Anne Bean, Ethyl Eichelberger, Anne Magnusson, and Lydia Lunch among others.

Brian has performed all over the UK, Europe, North Africa, North America and Canada.
In addition the Kipper Kids have been involved in writing and starring in three projects for HBO and Cinemax and acted in a number of movies including the "Forbidden Zone".
At the present time Brian is working with Artist Patricia Wells on soundtracks for Patricia's animations which can be seen on her website and weblog.
